Was in a good location to walk. Girls at front desk very friendly and helpful. Check in experience was not easy. Didn’t receive the text to access the key fob. Parking garage was confusing and not secure. Paid $35/night to park and there was homeless people sleeping in random cars and approaching us, trying to get in our car. Not clean. Bathroom smelled like urine. Furniture was uncomfortable. No coffee maker, asked for one but never got it. Only 2 tiny trashcans. Sound system for tv was there but not hooked up so could barely hear the tv. Was not what I expected for the cost.

Worst check in ever. Nothing was clear. The code didn’t work to get in from the parking garage. Had to use an app for the parking and the app said there were no spaces on our floor but when we went on that parking level, there were tons of open spaces. Worst place ever and I will NEVER stay here again

Building finishes inside not finished. Plumbing slow. But every thing else good.i suggest that they put instructions in each unit about garbage and general rules.sent on phone but if you dont have a plan that you don't have to pay for your in trouble

Overall, the location is ideal. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars, attractions, Convention center, and public transportation. The only downside is the immediate area can have some hit and miss (shady) spots - never really felt unsafe. Regarding the location of the apartment, that was an issue. It was right about the poo area. This ended up creating a bit of a noise issue and no privacy while window shades were open. I asked the front desk for different accommodations, but was told that there was nothing else available (I don’t think that was necessarily accurate).

My flight got delayed, I arrived at 4 in the morning. This property does not have an on site employee from 10pm to 7am. So I was unable to get into my room. I had to walk the streets of Nashville for two hours to find an available hotel. To add insult to injury they have not Issued a refund. Customer service is a zero out of tens

Although there was a lot of convenient communication, the actual process of parking and getting to your room was confusing. Maybe use an app to unlock the room instead of a key fob if possible. The room and facilities were good! Just some stained carpet in the bedrooms and window coverings missing in our room was the biggest concern.
