Location was great. Quick uber ride to broadway! Beds were comfortable. Would have liked it to be better stocked with small appliances and cleaning supplies but would stay here again if I were to come to Nashville again.

Great Location

The townhome has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Nashville. The unit was easy to access. We parked in the garage, which was large enough to comfortably fit a Jeep Wagoneer. The size and layout are quite comfortable for a family of 7. However, the curtains did not fully block the windows. Overall, a great spot if you prioritize location, great for a short Uber ride to avoid parking around the Broadway area.

Quick Getaway

Loved this property. Exactly as described. Plenty of extras included so we didn’t have to buy paper towels, soap, dish soap etc. very clean and the beds were so comfortable.

It was fine- The property needs a little love. Walls are scuffed, visible leaks water damage on walls. No Kleenex, no kitchen towels, bed linens were stained. Good location. beds were comfortable, Deck was not very inviting- no fire pit or heater. Overall it was fine but did not wow

Early Thanksgivings

In Nashville for an early Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends. Location was great, easy to get east, west, north and south. Very near the airport. The rooftop has a great view of the soccer stadium and downtown sky line. We saw a gorgeous sunset one night. Lots of seating both up on the roof and in the living room area. Lots of stairs, so if you or someone in your party can't manage steep stairs, this place isn't for you. Otherwise, very comfortable and clean. Could use a little touch up paint here and there and maybe a new shower curtain liner but other than that.... excellent property. I would stay here again.

Amazing and spacious home.

What a great home to stay in Nashville with Family. The home has 3 levels so it is spread out and gives everyone their one privacy. The place was very clean and was close to all the places we visited. When visiting Nashville with a large group, we all agreed that this home is where we will be staying again.

Amazing Nashville Stay

I had an amazing stay in Nashville thanks to this fantastic stay. The location was perfect - close to all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Nashville. 5 stars!

30th birthday weekend trip

My friends and I had the best time at this beautiful home for the weekend. High ceilings, 3 bedrooms with full bath, 1 extra room and a half bath. We had so much space. The place was clean and well equipped as listed. The communication was excellent! Our host got back to us right away with questions and concerns. Host was very accommodating as well. I would highly recommend booking this place. I would book again if I were to come back to Nashville in the future.

Nice location

House was clean. We didn’t really use it much as we were out and about most of the time. It sucked it was raining so we didn’t get to use the rooftop. All the stairs were rough after such long days but it was a very nice place to stay. It was also close to everything.

We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this company again and use again. Thank you for making our stay easy.

Spacious and Great Location

This house was great for our group of 7 adults and 2 babies. Great amount of space, comfy beds, and convenient location. We had an issue with the door code not working when we arrived and the property manager fixed it instantly! They had great communication on what to expect at the property and were super responsive. Definitely a 5 star review, but here are some pointers I’d give to the host regarding the home: 1. Recommend storing a few baby gates for the occasional families that stay here since there are so many stairs. 2. Secure the primary bathroom’s shower head to the wall. 3. A few more towels for makeup would be nice. 4. The coffee carafe is not compatible with the coffee maker. 5. Would prefer locks on the bathroom doors. 6. Recommend fixing some of the finishing touches on the home like the ceiling and wall drywall and paint etc. Overall, the place was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice Condo

The condo was nice even though the contractor could have done a better job building it. However, for a trip away from home, it was super nice! There weren’t any trash bags and didn’t realize we needed to bring as everything else was provided. The property group was excellent to work with and very responsive. Would stay there again!
