Inside this very inviting vacation rental, you'll find a soaring ceiling above an open layout that boasts a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining area for mealtimes or game nights, a living area with comfortable seating, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. This home also features a furnished loft and a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms where you can set up your laptop for remote work or schooling.

Could be much better

Vacasa was a great experience. The process and information was very thorough. This home has such potential. It definitely was not what the pictures depict. The yard was overgrown. The furniture is a mess and should be in a burn pile. Couldn’t even sit on the outside furniture. The deck needs work. The house was clean. The loft was not was is shown in the pics. No corn hole, no dart board. It is well supplied. Wi-fi didn’t work and did not know the modem was in the bedroom until an entire day had passed, even after making several calls. To say the least, paid a lot of money and was very disappointed.

I booked the property in proximity to family, and while initially justbfor me, we ended with extra people. Water pressure great! Kitchen incredibly well set up! Love the river view. Great for families and close friends, just be prepared for limited closet space - but wonderful stay. Also, importantly, Vacasa is incredibly responsive! One of the best!

Amazing back deck with a view of the river

I have stayed in this neighborhood before and absolutely love it. Quiet, close to downtown and the Opry area, a nearby walking park that is beautiful. This property has an amazingly large deck overlooking the Cumberland River. I do believe this may be a newer rental as there were not as many amenities as I've had in other rentals (ex: need more towels) but it is appropriately priced. Note- the 2nd bathroom is located in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is small with only a full size bed. The loft has a twin. I'd say its suitable for 4 adults vs 5 due to the small full size bed. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements made in the future!

The location was good 15 minutes from all attractions. The master bath has ants. The home was clean over all. Had to call for towels twice, only had 5 towels for 4 people. Kitchen was supplied except for coffee pot. Again only a 2 cup coffee pot.

Christmas Getaway

This property was in the perfect location and the view of the General Jackson, especially at Christmastime was magical. The drive wasn’t bad to go to different places. The neighborhood was quiet. The only complaint I have is there was no coffee maker but that was a simple fix. Would stay there again.
