PARKING & ARRIVAL:
For parking, there’s free parking right in front of the building or anywhere nearby if you find an open spot. If you prefer paid garage parking, please let me know and I’ll be able to provide more information.

KEY RETURN INSTUCTIONS:
When returning the key, please scan the fob on the right side. Hold it there until you hear a beep and the door unlocks. Once it opens, place the key inside and gently close the door behind you. (Please note: If the key is lost it will be a $200 fee)

BUILDING ACCESS & AMENITIES:
You have full access to the building, including the pool, gym and all other amenities. Gym being open 24/7 & Pool closes at 8pm.
The front desk team is amazing — feel free to ask them for help anytime. You will be provided with the code to access the building, the elevators & all the amenities.

BATHROOM ESSENTIALS:
For each stay, you'll find:
• 1 toilet paper roll on the holder
• 2 additional rolls under the sink
• 6 bath towels
• 6 pool towels
Everything is freshly cleaned and stocked for your stay.

WASHER & DRYER:
A washer and dryer are available in the unit.
• Tide detergent is provided.
• Feel free to wash towels or personal items anytime.

ANY SUPPORT NEEDED:
I’m always available if you need anything. Whatever feels like an urgent to you is an urgent to me, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
Front desk is also able to assist with any questions.

SOFA COUCH INSTRUCTIONS TO ADJUST THE SOFA:
Put Down (to sit):
• Lift the handles in front of the couch up and in toward the couch.
• The back will fold down into a comfortable seating position.
Pull Back Out (to lay down):
• Lift up, then while still pulling up, pull in toward you and down.
• It can feel tricky the first time, but once you get the motion, it's simple.
Backrest Adjustment (alternate method):
• Push the back of the sofa all the way forward until you hear a click.
• Once it clicks, it's ready to lay down flat.

QUICK HOUSE RULES:
Please remember: no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony to keep the space fresh for everyone. Please note there will be an additional charge of $500 for smoking.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
The guest will be responsible for any damages to the unit and the situation will be handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center, following their official process. This keeps everything fair, documented, and protected for both you and me.
