NEIGHBORHOOD:
East Nashville is one of Nashville's HIPPEST & TRENDIEST parts of town! You won't see very many corporate "chains" as this part of town thrives on small & local businesses. You'll find so many great restaurants (such as Mas Taco, The Pharmacy, Barista Parlor, Lyra, Peninsula) & bars from local sports bars, dives, and craft beer bars (Dino’s, No. 308, Tailgate Brewery, 3 Crow Bar) to upscale cocktail bars (Chopper’s, Pearl Diver, Butcher, and the Bee, The Rosemary, Attaboy) and more.

You can walk just a few blocks in any direction & find food, coffee, grocery stores, bars, breweries, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. You're only a 10-minute walk to East Nashville's Five Points area, which serves as the hub of the Eastside. Roomy condo in East Nashville

Overall the condo was clean, roomy and in a great location. Lots of stairs, so as long as your group can handle that it will work. Only negative was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked as far as glasses and dishes. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 4 drink glasses and 4 wine glasses.

Great Location

The place it self was great. Taking ride share down town is much cheaper than paying to park.Everything we used worked great.Things to watch out for: The curtains in some rooms do not block out the sun. The front door E-lock did not work with us but rarely did we go that way. The tankless water heater was great! Did not get to spend time on the roof but it looked nice! Check in was easy and check out was just was quick. I would/will use this unit again when we come back!

Good Stay

The property is as listed with comfy beds, equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook), washer & dryer and other small touches. I had one minor issue and they were extremely prompt with a response and resolving the problem. Two things I will say, the garage was an awkward size and didn’t fit our minivan but there was parking available on the street; the stairs can be a problem if you have someone in the group with mobility issues. The room on the first floor was a bit dusty but overall the house was clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I come back to Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, clean condo. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and Broadway. Be prepared that there are quite a few stairs/levels. One suggestion would be to have more than four chairs for eating at the table (maybe a little bigger table?). Overall very satisfied with our experience.

Great condo!!

Great place!

The property was exactly as expected and shown. It was a great place to stay with plenty of places to walk to and easy access to downtown! For a group of girls it was wonderful and we would stay here again! A couple of minor things: batteries need replaced in the fan remotes and they all synced to each other not individually - so if you turned your light on upstairs it would also turn the light on downstairs lol ) coffee mugs had very visible coffee stains and drips left on the them (nothing a quick wash didn’t fix but if you are having a cleaning agency clean - I’d want to know they didn’t clean well or left dirty dishes in the cabinets) other than that everything was great! We appreciated the property.

Lifetime Friends Weekend/Reunion

We loved the property. It was great for 5 women around 60 years old. We even made it up to the roof most nights. There was plenty of room for everybody and 3+ bathrooms was a real bonus. I’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to share my favorite city with some close friends. The location of the house made it very convenient to visit.

Birthday Bash Weekend

We had 7 women in our group, each and everyone was impressed with the property. The property presented as in the photos, extremely comfortable. We found access to music venues quick and easy whether we drove our selves or used a ride share. We walked to local dinner and breakfast locations in the neighborhood. Sunrise yoga and coffee on the roof top was inspiring.

The condo was super clean. The bedrooms lacked a place to put our luggage or personal items so we had to keep them on the floor. There were no tissues in the bathrooms and no shades/curtains on some windows on the main floor. Fantastic Customer Service

So impressed! The property was exactly as described and totally spic and span clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was fantastic with great breakfast. Food options, nearby and an easy five minute drive to downtown. My truck ended up not fitting in the garage, but finding street parking was not very difficult at all. I would assume this could vary with season. On the very first day, the small loveseat in the living room revealed itself to have been broken by a previous guest. One of our party sat on it and fell right through it. The next morning, I emailed the team to just let them know. We move the couch to the other side of the room and prepared to be perfectly fine sitting on the remaining occasional chairs and dining chairs. We headed out on Friday for our adventures and to our amazed surprise when we returned in the late afternoon, there was a brand new couch in the living room! Not only was it not broken, but it was also a drastic improvement over the previous small loveseat and provides great seating availability in the living area now. I also included in my email the fact that one of the handles was broken. That was fixed as well! Really enjoyed our stay and are more than impressed!

First time in Nashville and we weren’t really sure where to stay. This place was great! Very close to everything. Some areas nearby could be a little sketchy but we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for 6 of us.

Great Location

This property is a long walk or easy drive to downtown Nashville and all venues. Very nice property. Note, it is a four level building so there will be various flights of stairs within this home.
