Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Master Bedroom: with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, no tub) and 1 King bed - Sleeps 2
Primary Guest Bedroom: with ensuite (“full) bathroom and 2 Queen beds - Sleeps 4
Secondary Guest Bedroom: with 4 Twin beds - Sleeps 4
There is an additional full bathroom as well as a half-bath (“powder room”) for guest convenience.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island with seating for 4, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal.

Music Row, located approximately one mile southwest of downtown Nashville, is the heart of the city's music industry. Centered around 16th and 17th Avenues South (known as Music Square East and West) Music Row has been instrumental in the production of country, rock, gospel, and pop music since the 1950’s. A notable landmark is RCA Studio B, established in 1957, where legends like Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, and Roy Orbison recorded some of their biggest hits.
