Little House Nashville was the perfect spot for my stay in Nashville. Great neighborhood. Convenient location. My dog and I spent time at the park across the street. I didn’t use the kitchen very much but the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place that needs some TLC. Dirty upholstered chair with no stuffing. Uncomfortable seating. Throw pillows that have the stuffing coming out of the back. No windex to clean the outdoor table covered in bird poop. Could be perfect but owners have let it go. Gardens were once lovely but now unkept. Very uncomfortable bed. And fruit flies galore

Soo comfy/cute

I was worried when i read the bed was a pullout bed but it was not bad! Such a cute place and feels so cozy. Soo glad we had a parking spot and that the host was so kind, I would recommend if you’re going to broadway to part in the courthouse parking garage, by far the cheapest parking around!

Little House--Big Fun

This was the perfect size, location, and vibe for my musician daughter who was in town for a recording session. I little hard to find in the dark but inside and outside a beatiful, comfortable environment and conviently located.

Nashville Little House

Location was prime. I have to say that the housekeeping of this property was unsatisfactory. We were greeted with spiderwebs at the ceiling of the front entrance, and a very large spider. One of the the two washcloths set out had brown stains all over it. Coffee pot had not been emptied. When we removed bedsheets, sickening yellow stains all over mattress cover and mattress underneath had small yellow stains all over it. I sent in pictures to Vacasa. I guess no one cares we slept on these germs. Absolutely nauseating experience.

Great place

The pics are a bit deceiving, the 2 twin beds are actually the bench in the living room, worked out fine for my family. Nice cozy cottage. Would recommend.

There Is No Real Bed

The location was incredible. Very pretty neighborhood and close to Vanderbilt University. The listing was a little misleading. There is no real queen sized bed - it’s a pull out couch. There are also no other beds, notwithstanding the listing providing for two twin beds. The sitting area smelled weird, had a stain on the one chair that looked comfortable and had no batteries for the remote needed to watch TV - we had to grab some at a convenience store. It is seemingly a refurbished garage, which was very evident when trying to do things like shower. It was a fine home base for exploring Nashville.

Music Fans with a dog

Great location. There’s a park across the street for us to walk our dog. It’s also a short Uber ride to Broadway and all the great music.

Cute adorable cottage

Everything was great. We loved our stay. Just a few suggestions make finding the entrance more clear. And maybe at least having coffee on hand for those who stay but go out to eat and just want coffee before starting the day. No matter what though I’d stay here again.

Cute and artsy but needs more spit and polish.

I got what seemed like a great price (which I needed while my husband is having specialist care at Vanderbilt); but the cleaning cost is far above the level of cleanliness. Once I did some cleaning of my own I felt more comfortable. Upholstery needs a good steam cleaning.

Cute place in a convenient location. Instructions for stay did not tell you how to use the door lock but did tell you the frig doesnt really cool. Murphy bed was more comfortable than you imagine but the host didnt bother making the bed befoe we arrived after we had to wait till 4pm to check in.
