Overall, the communication with the staff was excellent. That part could not have been better. The check-in process was a little rough because evidently that people before us did a lot of damage. We did arrive a little early but we’re not allowed to access until after 4 PM that day, which is the check-in time so we can’t be too upset. The interior was mostly clean except for a few things, but overall pretty nice. The one bedroom did have some kind of Home gel left on the closet shelf, and a Band-Aid stuck on the wall, which was a little weird, but not horrible. We let them know their cleaners had failed a little, but overall the cleanliness was good. The home is in a great location to the Gulch and it’s about a half mile walk down hill. Lots of close restaurants down there and such. It’s a little more to Broadway and probably a mile and a half, but really a quick Uber ride. The biggest problem with the facility is the address. The address is not visible from the street and there is no stopping on the street at all. The access is off a 4 Lane Highway and you would have to have the Uber or car stop in the middle of one of the lanes and put the flashers on so you could get out. It is extremely poorly laid out. We found an address on the street behind us where the garage is and use that as our pick up and drop off location and it was much easier. The upstairs room with the 3 beds is very noisy due to the hot tub turning on and off all night. Aside from that the state was nice!
