Place was located in a great spot. Accommodated our guests. I was a bit surprised that the kitchen necessities were minimal made it hard to cook meals. But other than that the place was great.

The condo was a beautiful building. The amenities were a little lacking. The listing accommodated 11 people & yet there were only 4 washcloths. There were only 3 hand towels. There was no tissue paper at all. There were only 5 water glasses & 2 wine glasses. The A/C unit did not cool one of the bedrooms. The couch was very uncomfortable & stained. The ladder in the small bedroom made it very difficult to get into the bathroom. There was not any decent window covering in the living room & in the downstairs bathroom the non window covering left it open to people looking in. These are all small things but when advertising a high end, well furnished place, these things should be taken care of.

99.9% was great! The house is lovely and it is a near perfect location. The railing on the first floor staircase (left side as you go up) is loose and needs to be fixed. We would also recommend throw blankets for cozy comfort. I believe there was supposed to be a washer & dry but there was none. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My stay in Nashville

The immediate area is walkable and safe, but within several blocks, the area gets dicey. There are abandoned houses in the outlying area. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils. The third floor balcony is a really nice feature, and the decor is modern. Rooms are spacious. Couple of points about this place:1. The hot water never is hot. It is at best luke warm.2. There are ant traps around the kitchen counter floor, but it is probably set with some glue. The glue on the floor near the counter and you can’t reach counter without your feet getting stuck with glue.3. Check out time of 10 AM is really too early. 11 AM or 12 noon is standard. Overall a very good place!

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Everything was clean and nicely set up. Having a “make up” room was nice because freed bathroom for next person. We would highly recommend it and will be back

Our new Nashville favorite!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk to the cutest little local shop with fresh-baked goods and great coffee. The neighborhood itself felt safe making it comfortable to explore.Inside, the home was beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the wallpaper—trying to track some of it down for my own home! One pleasant surprise was that, even though not shown in the listing photos, there were window coverings, which we really appreciated for privacy. Communication with the host was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. We’ll absolutely be recommending this spot to friends and can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Nashville!
