Welcome! Our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome! We want our guests to experience Nashville the way we do. So, we will have set you up with everything to fall in love with Nashville like we did. If you are looking for a stylish & spacious townhome with easy access to all neighborhoods of Nashville, you have found it. :)

1st Floor - Living room (with sleeper sofa), dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, pantry, and outdoor bistro patio.

2nd Floor - Primary Suite with a queen-size bed, private full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a private bathroom.

We will send the access code on the day of arrival. Doesn`t get any simpler.

While we cannot accommodate early check-ins/check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags off after noon on the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage?

Located right across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores throughout the vibey neighborhood!

Uber and Lyft are the perfect way to get around East Nash, downtown, and our friendly city.

One of our most favorite things to do is travel. When we travel, we truly enjoy experiencing the city in which we`re staying and fully immersing ourselves in the culture and supporting local businesses. So, when we decided to list our home, that`s exactly what we wanted to do.

Oh, and if you love local coffee and consider yourself a coffee connoisseur, then you`ll love our place!

Our 2-bedroom townhome has a private entry, you`ll be assigned your own door code during your stay.
Our downstairs is an open concept, featuring a sleeper sofa, local art, and a smart TV. You`ll also find a workspace, a quaint dining table, and a custom island built for entertaining and spacious enough to make all of the hot chicken your heart desires. Can`t forget the adorable back patio with bistro lighting - it`s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at 5 Points, Broadway, or 12 South!

Our second floor features both bedrooms. Stretch out in our comfortable queen bed and enjoy your favorite shows with an attached private bathroom and airy balcony.

Our secondary bedroom has two full-sized beds and a private bathroom. There`s also a twin-sized roll-out bed for any extra guests.

A washer and dryer is also on the second floor.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

- Before booking, please read/ understand the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/travel insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.
- Parties and/ or Events are not permitted at this property & may result in the removal of your group from the premises without a refund.
- Please note we do have a ring doorbell outside our home.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
