Acceptable and comfortable. Quiet. Just passing through so fine for us. BUT—B’fast very disappointing. Only one biscuit available and eggs (???). Not sure. No attendant. Yogurt/juices were OK. Coffee was just not good. No meat of any kind. I know I shouldn’t expect gourmet b’fast but could do so much better with just a little effort.

My family and I were only staying one night in Nashville TN and decided since I wanted to visit and outlet for us to best stay close. At check it was a long wait. Once entering the room we put our bags in the room and left to the outlets is wasn't until we got back and realized how bad the room was

Close to everything. The rooms weren't that clean. I got bitten up by bed bugs. They moved me to another room on the far side of the building an I still was bitten. The staff was pleasant and understanding.

Nice overall hotel. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool is not heated just fyi. One of the reason I booked this hotel and didnt realize until we got there. Didnt try the breakfast so no feedback there. Very good location. Lots of food and stores around.

Great beds , Great indoor pool , ultra clean hotel, cold ac. Well stocked breakfast bar. Breakfast bar has cereal muffins eggs biscuits waffles juices milk coffee and apples. Remembering this location for return trips.

we got there and they had given one of our rooms away to a walk-in person. I was pretty upset so we did not have rooms next to each other like I was promised.

Things were broken throughout the room, such as the remote, the toilet flusher, the shower head. Additionally, there was hair scattered through the shower wall from a previous guest.

Title says it all. In spite of positive attitude by management, hotel in in need of Major renovation/fumigation.

I didn't realize the entry for rooms was outside vs. interior hallway. I didn't feel comfortable with the fellow guests who were congregating in the common areas.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Rates were good. No complaints at all.

It was ok,would not stay there more than one night.

First my room was on the 3rd floor even though I saw empty rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. I interpreted this because I got a great deal on Orbitz so the hotel put me on the 3rd floor. I was shocked that they thought it was ok to put a customer in a room without a fire alarm. When I called, it took over 45 minutes to install an alarm. Making my night very inconvenient. Plus I wanted a no smoking room and it smelled as if it was once used as a smoking room...maybe because I paid less then others is the reason they gave me this room.

I requested a double and they gave me a king, I requested a roll-away bed and they told me I had to pay even though on the description on the Orbitz website in never mentions a fee. The service was terrible from the hotel and Orbitz. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold and they barely had any food at 7AM.
