Perfect Property, Perfect location
This was our best experience by far with VRBO properties. The property is comfortable, quiet, clean, easy to enter, private and in the best location in Nashville. We enjoyed local restaurants, bars, shops, and easy access to downtown Nashville, music row, museums, and attractions. This is our go-to place to stay in Nashville.

Wonderful!
Hubby and I absolutely loved this adorable private, comfortable guesthouse and charming, low-key neighborhood! We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown.
Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed.
We highly recommend staying here!!!

Weekend Getaway
Cute and cozy little place! Very clean, and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Walking distance from some cool little bars and restaurants, and just a short ride to downtown. Owners were communicative and made us feel welcome. We would definitely book here again!

This place is great. Shane was quick to answer any questions we had. He was an awesome host. Short Uber drive into Nashville. If you have trouble climbing stairs, please don't book his place and then complain. This is definitely a place I would book again.
