We really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was large enough that my daughter and I could get ready at the same time. The sound machine was helpful in blocking out some of the traffic noise. Overall, a good stay.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. We noticed stains on the mattress, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, the pull-out couch was broken, and we were offered an air mattress as a replacement. While we appreciate that the property management explained a new couch had been ordered, it didn’t resolve the issue during our stay and affected our comfort. However the location was great and Broadway was extremely walkable.

Hockey Trip with the Boys

Place was very clean and as advertised. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location and a secure building. Parking was a little expensive even with the 50% off. Directions for getting into the building with the code were unclear but we figured it out thanks to a nice security person. The room backs up to the highway so there is a ton of road noise at night but the host supplied ear plugs and a white noise maker so we slept well.

All was good except the access code to the building was apparently not activated and so we had to wait for another guest to try and access the building. Another issue was that the water heater’s internal switch spent had tripped unknown to us so when we came back to the condo later that evening and one of my sons took a shower, it was like warm water and then eventually cold. It was fixed the next day.

Clean, quality stay, nice building

This property was well kept, clean and had nice finishes. The room’s couch, blankets and pillows left much to be desired but that seems common. There was nothing of concern beyond that. The kitchen was nice, and the space felt comfortable. We slept four here. Two had to sleep in bunk beds that were adjacent to the open concept kitchen which is not preferable for adults but our tag alongs didn't mind as much. I’d consider it best for kids or perhaps for someone who is just happy enough to get a free trip to Nashville since beggars can’t be choosers. The parking was easy. There’s a lot nearby for reasonable rates and first come first serve street parking for free. We were in a great neighborhood with easy access to plenty of good stuff including walkable coffee shops, and weed if you’re into that sort of thing. We’d be happy staying here again.
