Don’t stay here - major security and noise issues

Poor security. Same code is shared for 2nd floor and 3rd floor units. Strangers entered the unit and stole property while we were gone. Another group entered a locked door with the code while we were there. Unable to tell if main door is locked from inside. No deadbolt or secondary sliding lock. Patio door lock is also broken. Outside door code at bottom of stairs has never been changed as the numbers are rubbed off from years of pressing the same buttons. A massive exhaust fan from the restaurant below runs all night and is extremely loud. This is a few feet from the master bed. Kept me up all night. Ear plugs weren’t enough. VRBO should shut this down

Would loved to enjoy the patio, but the furniture was filthy and I wouldn’t sit on any of the provided cushions. Two unemptied ashtrays on the table.Sink faucet works spottily, same with the stovetop.

The location was ideal. There was plenty of room in the condo itself for space for our two couples for our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The stairs were brutal especially after all day walking around town.The condo was not well cleaned. The furniture in the living room and bedrooms along with the carpet/rugs were stained in the bedrooms. The listing here indicates that there is onsite parking but there in fact is not. An addition to the access of the washer/dryer would have been nice, as well as, a microwave.Communication with the management company was quick, although it would appear some of our issues have been brought up in previous reviews and still not addressed. We did enjoy our stay and the walk to food/entertainment was very convenient.

Birthday weekend

I will start out with the positive great location ! Now as far as the cleanliness not what I expected dishes in the dish washer and condo was not wiped down in the kitchen also the kitchen sink was not working properly because batteries had to be swapped out which we went and bought and fixed. Heat was not working and electricity to to the back wall of our bedroom was also not working. Lots of stairs I believe it was 58 which is not a problem but should be disclosed especially if someone has a medical condition. . I would not recommend this place to anybody.. I spoke to them and they promised to compensate me after close to 2 week I reached back out to them and they offered me &150.00. This was pretty much my Birthday weekend.

Great location, but misleading listing

Overall the location of this unit was perfect. A short walk to Broadway and lots of restaurant options nearby. We were extremely disappointed to find out there is no designated parking for this unit as the listing states. The listing states parking is available for a fee (which we were fine with paying) up to 4 cars. We had to contact customer service because we couldn’t find the designated spots and found out that the spots are “street parking” or a parking lot around the corner. Two of the “street parking spots” were taken up by large construction equipment so we ended up parking in the lot and having to make several trips into the unit. They were clear about having no elevator which would have been fine if we were able to park and unload closer to the unit. The unit itself was very large and roomy for the four of us. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The unit was tidy and free of clutter, however the cleanliness of the unit could be improved. The bed cover had dirty footprints all over it (I would venture to guess that the two bed covers are never washed). The carpet in the one bedroom was absolutely filthy and there was dust build up on the ceiling fan and in the bathroom. The kitchen chairs had stains on the fabric. The outdoor rooftop area was a nice space but we did not utilize any of the furniture as it hadn’t been cleaned. The shower system in the master bedroom was awful. Knobs were stripped which prevented the shower to work properly.

Electrical problems unresolved, smelly unit, terrible water pressure

Convenient to Broadway is the only positive. The unit had slimy liquid on the floor in two locations when we checked in. the electrical went out in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Contacted property management and they say they sent somebody but we were out to dinner. It would not have known. We returned back to the unit and the electrical was in the exact same condition with the lights would not work in the bathroom and bedroom. Property manager said “what are we supposed to do? It is a holiday weekend.” you own the risk of maintenance when tenants have a problem in your unit, you had no problem taking our money for the stay.

Quick trip

2 couples stayed 2 nights. Loved having 2 king beds with separate baths. Coffee maker mentioned in the listing is a Keurig. Not knowing that, i had packed coffee and filters. There were only 3 coffee mugs and 4 k-pods. Fortunately, there is a breakfast cafe at street level where we able to get coffee. There are a lot of stairs! The rooftop terrace was apparently under some type of repair while we were there. I advised the property manager of some minor repairs. The sofa, area rug and dining chairs had visible stains. Needs a little TLC, and this place could be a real gem! Convenient location to restaurants and about 4 blocks from Broadway. It is an uphill walk back from Broadway! Try the scooters for rent to go back uphill!

The place has a great rooftop patio and the location is fantastic. The couch, rug and outdoor cushions were dirty. But- the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean. As little as we there, it was fine.

The location was perfect and the rooftop patio was great. The hundreds of fruit flies and only two bath towels per bathroom with no washer and dryer? Not so much. And the handle was falling off the door to go to the patio. We would definitely come back with better maintenance and cleanliness.

Great Nashville Trip

The property is in a great location, making it easy to walk to the Broadway attractions. Everything was clean and worked fine. I was a little confused by the property listing saying there were four parking spaces, not realizing that those spaces were street parking and not necessarily reserved for guests. But it worked out ok and we had a great time.

Condo is in a GREAT location...easy walk to printers alley and lower broadway. Beds were comfy, condo very clean. The only weird thing was full ashtrays on outdoor deck that cleaning people missed. Kinda weird as there is no smoking for the entire property (but no evidence of any smoking inside). Also please note there are a lot of stairs to climb with luggage. But it helped me meet my step goals each day! We highly recommend.

Great Location

The location was extremely convenient, there was plenty of space in the apartment and the rooftop patio was fantastic. The stairs did not bother us... but it is something to consider... there are four flights. As a vrbo owner I was surprised at a couple of things... only 2 pillows on a King size bed, no microwave (this was very disappointing and most likely something I assumed but must have missed in the listing). But overall if you are looking for a great location (2 blocks) and awesome patio then you will be pleased.

The location of the property was excellent. Only a five minute walk to Broadway and one minute to printers alley. Having the two large bedrooms with the two bathrooms was exactly what you need when you are away with another couple. The decor was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. There is a store around the corner for basics and bike rentals close by. The condo needs a good cleaning and shampoo of rugs and couches, especially the cushions on the patio which were full of bird waste and filth and blue construction material and garbage. It made the outdoor living space unusable for the four nights we were there. We had an issue with the sink falling out of its under mount and were unable to use the kitchen for two nights. There is a lot of construction going on in the area so be prepared to be woken at 7 each day (not the condos fault just what is happening in the area). During our stay the owner asked to come for a walk through, we thought it was to fix the sink but it actually was a realtor showing the condo. We found this very intrusive and inappropriate seeing how we had rented the condo. You will read about the stairs, yes there are lots, we didn’t mind but if you can not do several flights this would not be the place for you. We had a fantastic time in Nashville, highly recommend renting g the e-bikes and exploring.
