This place is a GEM!!!! Room is very clean. Nice big shower and the bed is amazing. It's an adjustable and so comfortable. We rented the hot tub too and just had a ball! We will absolutely come back! It's also in a good location close to downtown. We came for the Chiefs game. TV had all of the apps on it so we were able to watch all the games and shows we like to watch. 10 out of 10 a GOOD TIME and fun place to stay.

This is the perfect spot for adventurous adults. Quiet, private, and clean. We'll definitely be back. Our Uber driver warned us about the neighborhood, but we had no problems and felt safe parking our car in the lot.Also check out NVR NVR, a bar just around the corner. Great drinks and the taco food truck is AMAZING!!!

It’s your own fault if you didn’t enjoy this booking. The place has everything you need to explore your sexual desires and kinks! Checking in/ out was effortless. An Uber would show up within 8 minutes and when getting back there was plenty of motion lights to feel safe getting back in from the night. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The area has some rough corners but overall is new and upcoming. The only complaint is the sap tree that hangs over the parking area, sticky mess on the car. The room is very well thought out and plenty of options to please everyone. The adjustable bed is a nice touch. Spend the money, book The Hotbox and play out all your fantasies!

We had an amazing time at this property. The host thought of everything we could possibly need for a fun getaway, including cold drinks in the fridge and charging cables. The bed was so comfortable after nights of adventure. We had a great time exploring and trying new things, but I’m going to spend a lot of money when I get back home.

The hot box

Good time with the wife, we will stay here again. Neighborhood is up and coming, not as bad as you’d think driving through some nearby areas; gated rear parking. Really close to the strip. Building is newer or recently built. Not one to leave reviews but yeah worth it.

The location was super close to downtown but in a sketchier area of town. The building and parking lot were very nice and you could tell they were newer. We did have some trouble getting in the door when we first arrived but the hostess was very nice and helped us out in a quick manner! Overall nice stay.

Hidden gem

While the location may be in a less desirable spot, I had zero issues and still felt secure. The host was very helpful and super responsive. The property itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything needed for the stay and more. I feel like it was bigger and better than the pictures show!
