We greatly enjoyed the condo at Club Wyndham. It was very conveniently located to the activities we had planned. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The property is lovely and we appreciated access to fitness center and pools.The unit could use some refreshing with paint and baseboard maintenance. The router was not good and we consistently lost service—especially during the NCAA Final Four games!The most upsetting situation occurred at check in. We were in a rush as we only had a few minutes before we were expected at an appointment. But after receiving my room key card I was directed to speak with the concierge who wanted me to sign up to attend a “survey” meeting the next morning. I asked if it was a timeshare pitch and I was told it was just a review meeting. I declined to attend as we had a full morning already planned and then a “manager” approached and again insisted that we attend a meeting. I again declined and was asked if I had spoken to my husband before declining the meeting. Well, that was very upsetting and I walked out. I was already stressed that they had made us late for our appointment, but to imply that I was not capable of making such a decision without my husband really was over the top.I did not see any information when I booked the property that indicated a timeshare meeting would be offered.Despite this, I can honestly say that we would stay there again as we found it to be convenient and comfortable
