Owner Rules: While on the property any guest who is granted access to the property through Quintess
must adhere to all local House Rules, regulations, or ordinances that may govern this property.

▪ Community Rules. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise
violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
▪ Noise Ordinance – Guest will honor a 9:00pm-9:00am noise ordinance
▪ No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the residence; any evidence of smoking will
incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional damages or excessive cleaning required
▪ No Pets - The residence is a pet-free zone; introducing pets into the property will result in a
minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional costs associated with restoring the property to
its original condition.
▪ No Parties or Events - No events or parties are permitted including amplified music. The maximum
allowed number of guests at the property is twelve (12).

members coming and going from the garage. For safety concerns, the home is equipped with an
added locking feature for the interior door leading to the garage space.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $5,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
