Enjoy the outdoors or the city: 5 mins to Old Hickory Lake, 25 mins to Nashville, 10 mins to Hendersonville, and 10 mins to downtown Mt. Juliet. House is in 3.5 acres, with two porches and plenty of backyard space. Open concept with 3 living room spaces. Perfect for family vacations, reunions, group trips, or gatherings.

Located in the center of Mt Juliet, TN, our home sits on 3.5 acres of land and offers a quick 3-5 minute drive to public lake access on Old Hickory Lake. Enjoy water activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming, or take a stroll around our property to appreciate the abundant wildlife in the area. We have onsite boat parking, so don't hesitate to bring your watercraft and enjoy the lake to its fullest extent.

The entire home is yours for the using. Plenty of things to keep you, your friends and family busy- board games, giant yard games, big screen Smart TVs, books and toys for children, arcade games, and outdoor seating. Feel free to walk the entire property or take the gravel road to the back. Enjoy some peace and quiet with the deer.
