The place is very cute and has a lot of potential! However, there are a few things that could make it feel more comfortable. The closet is large, but there was only one hanger and no dresser drawers, so we couldn’t really unpack our clothes. The shower door also opens in an awkward direction, which made it a bit difficult to use. While the clean, minimal look is nice, it would be great to have curtains in the bedroom—morning light comes in pretty early. Lastly, having an ice maker or even a couple of ice trays would be a simple but appreciated addition. Overall, it was an okay stay with a few opportunities for improvement.

This property was perfect for a stay close to downtown Nashville. Overall, the property was clean, close to downtown and the property management company that owns it was quick to answer questions. Would absolutely stay at the location again. There were only a few minor things to note. The listing of number A,B,C for the apartment numbers are not marked clearly. The painted letter of the apartment almost completely matches the paint on the outdoor wall. So when we arrived at night we couldn't really see it. There was no laundry detergent to do laundry or the requested bedding prior to leaving. But overall, a great stay.

Clean but…

Overall the property was clean. I was very disappointed that this was advertised for the ability to sleep 4. The pull out couch was broken. I wouldn’t advertise this as sleeping 4 unless the couch is replaced. We were also woke up in the the middle of the night due to two people fighting in the street and the police showing up. Made the rest of the night uneasy.

A great wee property with everything you would need for your stay. Nestled in a historic part of Nashville it’s just a short drive or Uber to anything you want to do.
