Overall, this was the worst one we have ever stayed in. The check in process was absolutely appalling. We were never provided a code originally with the check-in instructions. When we contacted guest services they were not able to provide a code either. I was told someone would be in contact with me to assist me. Once they did, they provided several wrong codes first- insisted that I was doing it wrong and then finally provided the correct code. This delayed us from entering the property by 45 minutes to check in after flying internationally. Once we were finally able to enter the property, we found the walls to be quite dented and wrecked by other guests. Any touch ups made (if any) were very poorly done. In addition, there were only 2 dish tabs and 2 laundry pods for our entire 5 day stay which housed 16 people. And they expected us to start the dishwasher with one tab on departure. The hand soap and shampoo were also empty in our bathroom. When I inquired about a late checkout, given the extremely disappointing check-in process, they informed me that late check out was available but only for a fee. No late check out would be provided (I had requested only an hour additional since the 1 hour delay for check-in). When I thought things couldn’t possibly get any worse, on our last evening before checkout, we were making our way back to the property quite late and were not able to access the house with our code anymore. The code had spontaneously changed on its own.1/2
