The back door leads to a fenced courtyard (shared) for the four properties. There are four unit’s total: A, B, C & D. Each sleep 12 and share the private courtyard with access to an outdoor grill and outdoor games. This are homes are Skyline View “Unit A” and Southern Gent “Unit B.”

With its prime location, you’ll also have the neon lights of Broadway, some of Nashville’s largest museums and music venues, Vanderbilt, Music Row/Edgehill, 12South, Belmont & Midtown, all within 5 minutes.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
