Dont book the hotel!

Scam place, dont book your stay! They dont know to manage your booking, either book offline or dont go, cz if you book online, they might say we have not received your booking or they might they they forgot to close the booking in the app or they dont have any more tie up with online booking apps.

Highly recommend NOT TO STAY …!!

Extremely rude receptionist called Ashok. He is an old man who is also the order taker for the room service and housekeeping. Basically the ONLY contact point for any services within the hotel. WiFi didn’t work. And I had paid for WiFi ! No soaps, no shampoo and no towels in room when I checked in. No coffee or tea utilities in room. Nothing. Bed linen smelling and dirty. Looked as if it hadn’t been changed from past 4-5 customers. Simply shabby ! Room had a very dingy and depressing look on the inside. Mounds and spots all over ceiling and walls. The curling fan had only 2 settings. On and Full …!! I wasn’t allowed to even put on AC even though I booked AC room. I don’t think AC even worked. Although I didn’t try it. No breakfast provided even though I booked with breakfast. Paid for everything including morning coffee. No hot water. No bottled water in room. I purchased my own. Very rude person at reception to top it all. Pay for everything as soon as you consume. And room bell keeps on ringing at the oddest of hours with some small bill or another ( of coffee etc )thus not letting you rest at all. Basically the hotel does not trust its customers with even 50 cents worth of a pending bill without bothering him at the worst of hours.

Pleasant Hotel Located in main town

Superb place we enjoyed a lot Located centrally in nashik so can reach any place within a minutes Big & Clean & hygine room / quick service / free wifi / parking etc @ such a affordable rate Food was delicious Overall ill said value for money ... i recommend this place .......!!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous hotel at budget prices located centrally so that u can reach any destination in jst few minutes Good ambience | clean room | fast service | hygine rooms | I recommend this hotel just go for it ....!!!!!

Good and bad

This hotel did have lovely food for breakfast and lunch- which was the best bit about the hotel- plus one of their staff who spoke good English did give us a fantastic tour of the Holis in the old town. One of our group had to complain about her bathroom- leaking all over the floor, another person had to ask for new sheets. When we went to check in it felt as though they had not had Westerners come before- they were gobsmacked that we wanted a room each. I would stay again but I wouldn’t take a group of people again.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. The kind of hospitality and the service provided to me was spotless. It's a wonderful experience with HOTEL NEW UTTAM HIRA PALACE. It’s a Budget hotel located in the centre of nashik so can travel any distance in NASHIK in minutes , Rooms are good staff are very friendly service is very good foods is excellent , it was way beyond my expectations. I will surely recommend, if you are planning to visit nashik the only hotel to stay n make your trip the most memorable HOTEL NEW UTTAM HIRA PALACE. Thank you Guys for the best hospitality.

Ok only for stay.

The rooms are spacious. Restaurant & bar opens at 730 am but breakfast made available only at 830 am. Restaurant & bar is not for family, non Air con. Limited breakfast served in room where only 1 chair available. Had to sit on the bed to eat. Plumbing issues in bothroom and toilet. Arrangment should be made to eat breakfast an d buffet breakfast should be served. Last refrigerator service to keep medicine should be made. Fridges switched off at night. Will not visit again.
