Comfortable house on a vinyard "La Grotta di Cech", semi-detached. 500 m from the centre of Narzole, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Cherasco, 30 km from the centre of Alba, 88 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 05.Nov.). Garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 6 km, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
