You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Spacious and bright coastal, quiet and close to beaches.
This split-level home offers a bright, open space with the plenty of room to relax and entertain while visiting. A wide open, eat-in kitchen with deck access allows for dining inside or out during our beautiful summer season. Down the hall you will find three bedrooms each with its own theme, double beds, night stands, and large closet space. The master bedroom is slightly larger and has a full en-suite with a shower.
Downstairs in the living room areas, we offer a large comfortable couch, 2 arm chairs, coffee table and a FIRE TV so you and you company can relax, play board games or watch a family movie.
There’s also a quaint sitting area perfect for reading a new book. Large windows throughout the house allow tons of natural light and the fresh summer breeze.
The property itself boasts a large front and back yard on a cul-de-sac, with shade and a fire pit. The kids can run around and play safely all day!
Don’t forget to take advantage of a nice bike ride to all the nearby amenities; coffee shops, markets, drug stores, Kelly Beach and more! ( access to beach is provided)
20 minutes to Newport; 20 minutes to Amtrak with access to Providence, Boston and/ or New York.

great house, wonderful location
the house is clean, spacious, everything is literally 2 min drive away. We had a great time. The only thing to keep in mind- the beds are kind of small to fit 2 adult people (full size, not even queen). So we brought our own cots.
