Welcome to your Narragansett getaway — a newly renovated, spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home designed for families and groups of up to 10 guests.
With wall to wall renovations completed in July, 2026, the home offers two finished levels of comfortable living space. Each floor has its own family room and television, giving adults and children plenty of room to relax, watch a movie or enjoy some downtime. Each of the four bedrooms includes a comfortable queen bed, while the pullout sofa provides additional sleeping space for two.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a dining area for shared meals and a bright, comfortable family room. Step outside to the screened-in porch, where you can enjoy morning coffee, dinner or an evening drink without worrying about bugs.
The newly finished lower level includes a second full bathroom, an additional family room and an open common area with a dedicated desk for remote work or school. Board games, puzzles and books are available for laid-back evenings at home.
Outside, guests can enjoy the large, fenced-in backyard—perfect for children to play and families to spend time together. The home also offers central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and driveway parking.
