The interior of the vacation home is very simple, essential. The entrance is into the eat-in kitchen. From here there is access to the master bedroom and shower room.

Franky House is an independent and self-contained two-room apartment, located in Nardò in Vacanze Serene. The residential area is just 800 meters from the Santa Caterina marina and its charming little beach.
Santa Maria al Bagno is also very close, as is Gallipoli and its Rivabella and Padula Bianca beaches.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7.00 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 14 to pay upon arrival.
