Villetta dei Mirti is a 6-bed vacation cottage for vacation rental in Torre Squillace, a quiet marina in Nardò just 3 km from Porto Cesareo.

The vacation cottage is located in Torre Squillace,
along the coast of Nardò, in a residential area between the sea and the
countryside. The nearest sea, about 100 meters away, is characterized
by cliffs that are accessible in places and served by several equipped
lidos.
The marina is very close to Sant`Isidoro , where all the main services are present, and to Porto Cesareo, among the most popular destinations in Salento for vacations on the Ionian Sea, with sandy beaches and crystal clear sea 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area.
