1-room terraced house 25 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2015: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (113 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm). Terrace 12 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Menos mal que tenemos buen caracter

La experiencia al llegar mal, nos encontramos toda la terraza llena de charcos y parte del caminito de atrás. Vimos que havia una fuga en la cañeria de la terraza y intentamos poner algo para que no hubiera tanta agua. Por la mañana algún vecino que sabía donde estaba la llave de paso,entro en terraza que estaba allí y la cerró, menos mal porque sin cinta islante o parecido era difícil parar la fuga. Hemos estado la estancia abriendo y cerrando la llave de paso. La situación está bien, andando llegas tanto al lago como a la playa dando un bonito paseo, con comercios y restaurantes. También cerca del apartamento hay supermercado y bares. La casa es muy pequeñita pero hemos estado muy bien. Lastima del inconveniente de la fuga de agua.
