Entrance with cupboard and separate WC. Large lounge area with 3 sofas, coffee table and connected TV. The separate and modern kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood, Senseo pod coffee maker, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment.

The first spacious bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath and double washbasin unit. A 9 m² south-east-facing balcony with views over the surrounding pine forest completes the facilities.
