Located in a quiet residential area 400m from the beach, this air-conditioned house offers quality services for a comfortable stay by the sea!

The cosy living/dining area has a comfortable corner sofa, flat screen TV, table with chairs, access to the fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob with hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher...). A guest toilet is located on the ground floor, as well as the garage (used for storage and laundry), with washing machine, additional fridge top, microwave, sink, beach games, folding baby bed, high chair, electric grill...).
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and wardrobes, and a renovated shower room with large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and storage.

To the front and rear of the house are 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers to enjoy the outside.
Free parking is located just behind the residence.

Narbonne-Plage is a family resort par excellence with its 5 km long sandy beach gently descending into the sea. It allows young and old to relax in complete freedom.
