Beautiful holiday villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday, located 10 minutes from the sea

Very nice recent villa. Quiet with a private parking space adjoining the terrace. Very well equipped. Upstairs a closed bedroom with a 140 bed, storage cupboard + wardrobe. Then a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds + a chest of drawers. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower, sink and wc. Then a common room equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a fridge / freezer and a television. Of course dishwasher and washing machine. An oven and a microwave. At the entrance, a veranda equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a coat rack, a shoe rack, a deserted room. On the terrace, a fixed barbecue. Enough dishes for a very pleasant stay.
10 minutes from the beach on foot and also entertainment, the holidays are by car since the shops and the municipal swimming pool are less than 400 m away.

Bel appartement bien équipé et notamment pour cuisiner. Lotissement très calme Très bon contact avec propriétaire et durant l accueil Un peu chaud malgré velux et ventilateurs. La climatisation serait un plus.

En cette période de canicule la maison était très chaude malgré les ventilateurs et les volets de Velux Maison bien équipée. Un bémol pour le manque d’ombre devant la maison Emplacement très calme, voisins discrets Plage et bord de mer très sympa et bien adapté aux enfants. Bonne sécurité sur la plage s.n.s.m et c.r.s en patrouille.
