"We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this one tops the list for service, comfort, and overall quality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Someone even called us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel a bit like VIPs. The amenities were fantastic, including a pool, hot tub, and an indoor water park. The gym was also well equipped and had everything you could hope for. The location has eveything you need for shopping and dining within walking distance. Breakfast was a highlight all on its own, with a great spread of bagels, English muffins, waffles, eggs, cereals, fruit juices, coffee, and a yogurt bar with toppings. They even kept things exciting by alternating between sausages and bacon, because variety matters. The rooms were spotless, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the space was generous enough that no one felt cramped. Overall, it was a stay that made relaxing very easy. A special shout‑out to Sukrit at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and a pleasure to chat with, as well as Pete from the cleaning staff. The kitchen team also deserves praise, always smiling and genuinely welcoming. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "
