Penny pinching accommodation at an exclusive price

I would not recommend this hotel. Over the past six weeks I have stayed in over 9 hotels across Japan. This hotel charges luxury prices, but provides basic accommodation and service. The rooms are small with modular bathrooms. Accessories are provided in single unit pouches. No coffee or tea service. You can receive only 2 instant coffee bags per day of bad coffee. The towels are frayed. Very little thought into providing up scale service.

客室の不織布のスリッパが、新品ではなく、使い回しのように思えました。素足で履くこともあるので、衛生面が気になりました。もしかしたら、前のお客様の忘れ物だったのでしょうか。もしそうなら、清掃時に片付けるはずなので、やはり備品だったと思われます。洗面所、浴室は清潔だったので、残念です。
