Spacious 1 bedroom (King) and 1 bathroom condo unit at Marco Towers on the lovely Isles of Capri, named after the romantic Isle of Capri in Italy. The islands are surrounded by big water and you can see the Gulf of Mexico from the building. Fish on the common fishing docks that has seating benches, fishing pole holders, even a fish cutting table with water. Bring your live shrimp bait box, fish everyday and you are guaranteed to catch either a jack, snook, tarpon, or see a dolphin or manatee from the dock. If you love water, breeze, sunshine, and lovely sunsets, you will love this location. The unit is very clean, has white tile throughout the residence (no carpeting that collects dust and allergens), and all the rooms are quite large for a 1/1 unit. Kitchen is full size with two counters that opens up to the large formal dining table. The living room features two leather sofas and occasional seat and you have a lovely sliding doors that steps out onto the terrace. At nighttime, when it's quiet, you can actually hear a soft surf both from Tigertail Beach and Keewaydin Island. Plenty of restaurants on Isles of Capri to sample, some have full liquor licenses. You can easily live in paradise by bringing just a small overnight bag. Deeded parking spot during your stay. The beach is simply over the bridge on Marco Island, which is only 2 miles away. Try the various beach entry points on Marco Island, whether it's Tigertail Beach on the north end, or South Beach. You will love the educational events that Marco Island has at Tigertail Beach, and shelling is a favorite activity for visitors.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The condo also includes a dining table.
