We had a great stay overall. We needed extra linens for the pullout, but those were provided when we asked, as well as extra towels. I think there could be a few tweaks, a mirror somewhere besides the one in the bathroom so, hooks or a rack for towels. Otherwise it was spot on. Lots of room and the staff was nice and helpful. Love being able to send a grocery list too.

For my recent two-night trip to Naples, I chose the Wiggins Pass Chalet, and it exceeded all my expectations! The studio room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, starting right from the front desk. They were so accommodating, even letting me check in early without any extra charge, which made a big difference to my day. The price point for this hotel is excellent, providing incredible value for such a quality experience. Beautiful room, great bed. The view was of the garbage cans and an average house, side yard. Hotel is just a building on the side of the road. No spa, pool, work out room. Shower didn’t work properly and the water was cold. Owner came to fix it but it still didn’t work right… the water still was cold too. Nice and new place though
