Cycle or walk to the beach about one mile away. Walk to modern Mercato Shopping Mall and restaurant complex with a multiplex movie theater. This townhouse features an airy and open ground floor with a half bath; a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances; spacious newly furnished dining and living room area which opens to an enclosed private lanai. On the second floor, two spacious bedrooms recently furnished with king size, adjustable beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. This home is equipped with everything you need to make it as close as possible to a "home away from home".

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Winter getaway

Loved our stay at Pelican Ridge. Friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed Vanderbilt Beach and area restaurants and shops. Located between Bonita Springs and downtown Naples allowed us to enjoy a wide range of restaurants. The king size beds were comfy and condo was very roomy. We grilled some dinners in and ate on the screened in lanai. There are 2 neighborhood pools with plenty of seating. The beach was great made so by the bountiful chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. We used the bicycles to go to nearby park with tennis courts and even rode to the beach a couple times. We couldn’t have asked for more attentive owners. We’ve already booked again!

Great Hosts and Great Location

Very clean, new looking, all hardwood. Great location close to Mercado. The hosts were nice, communicative and accommodating. 2 1/2 baths with a tub makes it easy. Nice kitchen. Highly recommended

Great location.

Townhouse is in a small development, in a great location and close to lots of stuff. It's a short walk to restaurants ( Longhorn and the Crust pizza are just across the street). Publix grocery store is a 2 minute drive. There arebeautiful housing areas to take walks in nearby. The beaches are very close. Marilyn the property manager was great, very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. Upon arriving the first day, the house wasn't throughly cleaned, and we discovered food left in pantry, fridge and cabinets from previous guests. The house needs a little work as the toliets are loose and rock and the plumbing fixtures are also loose. There is no cable TV, but it does have a smart TV, so watched Netflix and Prime. Beds were very comfy, but the sheets were a little thin. Could use some brighter lights. All in all, a good place.
