Our house is comfortable and practical. Located in a gated community with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solar-heated pool, fully air-conditioned, and only 12 minutes by car to the golf beach.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, from the corkscrew to the electric pan.
Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and glass hob are available.

The division of the rooms into two separate sleeping areas is well suited for use by two related or friend families.
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, stereo, DVD player. WiFi flat rate is included and a landline phone connection is available.

1 master bedroom with king-size bed and access to the large bathroom.

2 guest or children's bedrooms with access to another bathroom.

Bed linen and towels are plentiful.
The house has a double garage and the pool is solar-heated at no additional cost.
