3/2 newly updated home with large pool and deck area in great neighborhood. 10 minutes to the beaches and downtown Naples.
The space
Enjoy the heated swimming pool and large screened in lanai. Open up the French doors from the kitchen, and the sliders from the dining room to create a truly indoor/outdoor living experience.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the family room for easy entertaining. Or cozy up in the living room by the wood burning fire place. A nice large dining table is perfect for dinners or a night of games and cards.

Other things to note
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have queen beds and share a bath with oversized deep bath tub & shower. This second bath has direct access to the pool area.

Nice Place

The house is a described. My family and I really enjoyed the space and the pool. Host was very accommodating and responsive during our stay. It was very convenient to a number of things to do and places to eat. Overall, we had a good experience and will consider staying again.

If you're searching for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, look no further. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount to me, and I was thrilled to find that this house exceeded my expectations in this regard. When we arrived the house was nice and everything was new and spotless. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked. The internet worked and had a wide selection of entertainment options. Comparing my stay at to a traditional hotel experience is like contrasting night and day. You would be crazy to stay at a hotel. You have the privacy and comfort of a home here and a heated pool. The location is safe and quiet. So if your traveling and need a house, this is it, look no further. Overall, A+.
