This 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage comes with a million dollar view & sits perfectly located in the booming Bayshore Arts District in Naples.Walk or bike to many shops and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood location but close to beaches & fun things to do! Beautiful wild life and tropical plants abound. Fish and kayak right out your back door. Relax on the back porch where there's always a breeze or take a rest in the hammock or chaise loungers. We provide two beach cruiser bikes to explore the area and two kayaks to explore the lagoon. Bike over to the Botanical Gardens or one of the many restaurants close by. The pickle ball capital of the world is 3 minutes down the street! Paradise found!

You are just blocks away from the award winning waterfront Celebration Food Truck Park, Botanical Gardens, Micro-breweries, Art Galleries, restaurants and so much more. Walk over to the award winning chic Mediterranean restaurant, The Med.
