Excellent gated community. Close to Everything!! Naples beach was pristine, short trip up 75 to Bonita Springs beaches. Good communication, everything was as described.

The house was clean & had plenty of space. We felt safe in the area & were close to the places we needed to go. I liked that it was a gated community & the ability to do laundry, etc to stay on top of things. The pool was clean & enjoyable.

The villa was lovely and clean, very comfy and close to the communual pook as well. We arrived to a welcome package of snacks which was a nice touch. The villa had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrella to take with us to the beach. The pool area was great and nice to overrlook the lake. Briarwood is a lovely gated community and close to shops restaurants and the beach which is perfect. We have stayed 3 times in this villa now and would highly recommend a stay here.

Awesome stay!

Our family of four (with 5yo and 2yo children) had a fantastic time at Stan’s house. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The best feature of the house was the pool and hot tub, of course! We made a lot of great memories, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on future trips!

This is our second time staying at this house. We like it based on the proximity to family we visit down in Naples who are only a few houses away. The pool and space is lovely and it works for our family.

Relaxing time away from northern winter

We really enjoyed this spacious and well equipped home. It is in a nice neighborhood where the neighbors smile and wave when you walk by. We enjoyed many walks in beautiful Naples, as well as many days at the gorgeous beaches. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat up, but the owner was very responsive to our many calls trying to help us. I would certainly stay here again.

Overall good

We have stayed in a number of Briarwood properties. This one was pretty good, although the oven was dirty and some of the kitchen utensils were rusty. It would be helpful if the porch light worked as it is difficult to see the entry code at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Upmarket comfortable house

The house is very comfortable. Very well furnished. Very spacious. The house is located on an upmarket private gated estate so is very safe although the whole of Naples seems to be very safe. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The house is within minutes of everything you require but you do need a car. The owners were fantastic from our first enquiry. Would not hesitate in recommending this house.
