The house was clean & had plenty of space. We felt safe in the area & were close to the places we needed to go. I liked that it was a gated community & the ability to do laundry, etc to stay on top of things. The pool was clean & enjoyable.

The villa was lovely and clean, very comfy and close to the communual pook as well. We arrived to a welcome package of snacks which was a nice touch. The villa had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrella to take with us to the beach. The pool area was great and nice to overrlook the lake. Briarwood is a lovely gated community and close to shops restaurants and the beach which is perfect. We have stayed 3 times in this villa now and would highly recommend a stay here.

Ótima! A casa e o condomínio são maravilhosos, toda a família teve 10 dias de puro divertimento. Talvez esteja precisando de sofás e móveis novos, mas nada que realmente faça diferença. Recomendo fortemente essa hospedagem e espero voltar quando possível.

Overall good

We have stayed in a number of Briarwood properties. This one was pretty good, although the oven was dirty and some of the kitchen utensils were rusty. It would be helpful if the porch light worked as it is difficult to see the entry code at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent choice in Naples!

We had an awesome stay at Stan's house. Easy check-in at gate, beautiful, quiet gated community. Home was very clean, great layout, master bed on one side of home and other beds on opposite side. Home description very accurate. Everything well marked, nice that snacks and bottled water on counter, plenty of towels, beds comfy. Nice extra touches like a drying rack, plenty of hangers, kleenex, plenty of toilet paper. Stan is also super responsive to texts and emails. I would 100% recommend this home and would stay here in again.

Beautiful place

We was really impressed with this house plenty of room. Plenty of things to do including books, board games, basketball pickle ball. The icemaker in the fridge did not work so we did not have fresh water or ice, but they was so nice to leave some bottled water for us. There was even snacks which was nice because we checked in very late and was hungry. We were a little disappointed. We cannot use the hot tub or the pool. The weather was about 70°, but the pool just would not heat up in time before the pump cut off again. You are only allowed to have the pool at 86°. Which is not hot enough for a hot tub. So that’s good to use when the weather is a little bit warmer than what we encountered. Overall I highly recommend this place very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, if we ever visit Naples in the future

A very acceptable home

First of all Briarwood is a fabulous gated community in a perfect location. We have been staying in various homes there for many years and quite frankly, dont see the point in looking elsewhere in Naples. This home is fairly typical of most of the homes we have stayed it. Comfortable, clean, nicely appointed. We had an acceptable 10 days there. Does it need freshening up and modernising, I would say so. Just a bit tired. However, it didnt spoil our enjoyment. A few minor things needed sorting which were done immediately. Brilliant comms from owner. Pool area just ok, only two sunbeds. Spa is just warm water, jets do not create bubbles. Overall, my view is that if you are looking for a basic home that serves the purpose, fine. If you want a little more luxury and a more contemporary home, this is perhaps not for you.

Awesome stay!

Our family of four (with 5yo and 2yo children) had a fantastic time at Stan’s house. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The best feature of the house was the pool and hot tub, of course! We made a lot of great memories, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on future trips!
