New hardwood flooring throughout, quartz kitchen, new bathrooms, all new furniture, bedding and kitchen accessories rounds out this perfect rental property.

Naples Cay, a 24 hour gated community, you will enjoy a heated community pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, and har-tru tennis courts. A boardwalk takes you to the private white powder sand beach. This premier beachfront location is close to Venetian Village and the Waterside Shops where you will find many upscale restaurants and shops as well as the Artis, Naples premier performing arts center. Naples Cay offers 2 EV Car Charging Stations. Located in the parking lot east of The Club building. An account must be set up through Blink for payment.
