You'll know this is the one the moment you walk in: an open-concept layout where a galley kitchen with a raised counters and pendant lighting flows straight into a bright living room, then out through sliding glass doors to the lanai and the lake beyond. Nobody's stuck in a back room while everyone else has fun - you can cook, watch the smart TV, and keep an eye on the pool from the same open sightline.

The primary suite is its own quiet retreat: a king bed, a reading nook by the window, an ensuite bath, a walk-in closet, and a private door out to the pool deck. The second bedroom brings its own personality with an industrial wood-and-metal king bed, ideal for a couple who want their own space. A third bedroom with twin beds suits kids or a solo traveler, and the den's pull-out sofa adds a fifth sleeping option without anyone roughing it on the living room couch.

Two full bathrooms mean the morning rush never becomes a line at the door, and a laundry room keeps beach towels from taking over. Need to sneak in a few emails? The kitchen workstation comes with a monitor and keyboard set up.

Outside is where this house earns its keep. The private heated pool sits under a screened lanai - Florida sun without the bugs - with a covered patio and outdoor dining overlooking the lake. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before you step inside. A grill is ready for dinner, and we've stocked beach chairs, a cart, umbrella, cooler, and toys so you can walk straight to the sand.

A Ring doorbell and garage camera - both facing outward. GUEST ACCESS

You have full run of the house for your entire stay, including the two-car garage - nothing is locked off or off-limits. The private heated pool and covered lanai are yours around the clock. As a Crown Pointe guest you also get access to the community's second pool, fitness center, sauna, and both tennis and pickleball courts, a short walk from the front door. Entry is keyless: you'll receive your unique door code 24 hours before check-in, so there's no lockbox to hunt for.

PARKING

You'll have the full two-car garage plus driveway space, so parking is never a scramble - pull in, unload, and you're done. Free street parking during the day is also available for extra vehicles when the group brings more than two cars. Overnight street parking is not allowed. One HOA note: recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers can't be parked in the driveway, and commercial vehicles can't stay parked overnight.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, with your keyless entry code sent 24 hours ahead. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Quite hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. Noise should be kept to a minimum.

Please note that Crown Pointe East Home Owners Association (HOA) requires every guest that rents the home to complete an HOA application and submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID before arrival.

To make this process as seamless as possible:
- After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to confirm how you’d prefer to receive the HOA application.
- Once you’ve confirmed your preferred channel, we will send you the application form and instructions for uploading your photo ID.
