Ideal for Rocktoberfest, it features an open-concept design with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Enjoy the wraparound porch and stunning fall colors. Located just 15 minutes from Bridgton for shopping, dining, Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort also only 25 minutes to North Windham, it offers a central spot for all your needs.
Songo River Bend House is ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling with children. The home features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 12 guests with 2.5 bathrooms. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a breakfast table, and additional seating at the large island. The dining room offers ample space for meals together. The main level’s master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a full bathroom. The finished basement features a bedroom with two double and two twin beds, plus a large family room perfect for movie or game nights. Outside, enjoy a vast yard, wraparound deck, and fire pit for evening gatherings. Bring your boat or rent one for the day. Just a short boat ride from the house, you'll reach the Songo Locks a historic and scenic spot where boats are lifted between Long Lake and the Songo River, connecting you over to Sebago Lake. Great Stay, Great Location
The house is huge and has pretty much everything that we needed. It is located close to the river and the lake, and only about an hour from Portland. We loved our stay. I will consider coming there again for a longer vacation.
