Enclave at Naples is a gated condo community surrounded by nature preserves and upscale golf and country club neighborhoods. It has easy access to main roads and is just a few miles from Gulf Coast beaches and downtown Naples. This is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the second floor of a three-story building, available for short-term or seasonal rental. You'll find lush, well-kept grounds with on-site security and a calm atmosphere. The property features a pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, billiards room, and a fitness facility for your enjoyment. This Property is a minimum month-to-month rental. There will be two applications that need to be filled out and returned prior to your stay. The first is for the Condominium Association "Enclave at Naples", and the second is for the owner. We also require a $1000.00 refundable deposit for incidentals.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.
