Elegant Condo in Park Shore neighborhood with heated swimming pool and a private beach access. Walking distance to Fresh Market, Home Goods, Starbucks, Saks OFF 5th, many great restaurants and 10 mins walks to the private beach. Just a short walk to The Shops on Venetian Bay.
Our newly decorated condo has four bedrooms and plenty of room in the family and dining area. The upstairs area has a private master bedroom with a full bath, walk in closet and laundry room. Downstairs area has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable screened balcony with access from the living room and downstairs master bedroom.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
