Relaxing coach home located in a gated community with onsite golf course! Located 10-15 min drive from 5th Avenue and the beach. This 3 bed, 2 bath home is nestled within a desirable, quiet community, yet also offers plenty of activities! Start your day off with coffee on the lanai with a south facing exposure. Home is on the first floor with no stairs. Also includes a long driveway and garage for onsite parking!
The Space:
This home is conveniently located right next to the pickle ball court, green space and pool. The pool has a hot tub and private bathrooms! Community offers activities at the clubhouse, as well as a gym. Furthermore, this community has beautiful views and benches along their sidewalks for a peaceful walk alongside the golf course.
After a long day dine in or take home a meal from the community’s on-site restaurant. You can also have a meal at their lunch restaurant! Enjoy a home cooked meal with a fully equipped kitchen that has brand new stainless-steel appliances installed in December 2024.
