Completely renovated, two bedroom and two bath condo on top floor, corner unit - elevator. Amazing views overlooking the two ponds and golf course at Gated Cedar Hammock Golf and County Club. The interior of the property has recently been upgraded with new kitchen cabinets and appliances and is fully equipped. Stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. New bathroom cabinets and toilets with a large walk in shower in the master bath. King bed in the master with new furniture and two singles in the guest - again new furniture. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper. Great views of the 14th and 15th holes from the amazing vantage point on the top floor screened lanai. Enjoy golf (transferable membership) as well as tennis, bocce swimming in 1 of the 4 pools, the nearest one being across the paths from the property, plus a brand new state of the art gymnasium and fitness room with an extensive programme of classes. 15 minutes from the beach and downtown Naples - Paradise!
