Tall ceilings throughout, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Large wall mounted Smart TV in living room, free Wifi and cable. Washer and dryer in unit. Two pools, a hot tub, and the clubhouse are steps from the condo, only for Avalon residents and guests. Two reserved outside parking spaces and additional guest spaces. Enjoy the world class amenities of Pelican Bay. Pelican Bay is nestled along an unmatched stretch of unspoiled beaches, beautiful settings and impressive lifestyle. It has 3 miles of white sand private beach, easy & convenient beach shuttle, umbrella & chair set up service. The community is home to 88 acres of parks & recreation areas, protected reserves, exceptional shopping , world class arts and cultural activities . Come enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that only The Avalon, and Pelican Bay can deliver.
