This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit condo is in the perfect location—just a short walk to Naples Pier, the beach, and the shops and restaurants of Third Street South. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or just soak up the Florida sunshine, this is the ideal home base. *Please note: this is a 55+ complex so the main person renting must be 55 or over*

There is common, card operated laundry at this complex -there is not a change machine on site.



This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community only allows 1 lease per year, 90 day minimum days per lease.



Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include background of drivers license.



This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
