This Resort Oasis is nestled on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens. The home boasts a huge resort style pool with waterfall, slide, cave spa and beach sitting area. There are 3 Tiki Huts, the first on the pool deck with a full out door grill/burner summer kitchen. The second Tiki hosts a big screen for viewing movies, or your favorite T.V. shows or just for entertainment. The third is quite, and off the path for morning readings, yoga, or cozy evening gathering. Each Tiki has it's own and the entire property has music speakers through out that will play your favorite songs from your Pandora or Heart Radio via your smart phone with a simple down load app of Sonos.

The home offers a Billiard play room, a large master bedroom with a large shower, and powerful water pressure, with endless hot water! Two guest rooms, and an office/fourth bedroom room. Beautifully decorated with bamboo, and banana leaf through out. But just in case you are still not too sure of all the offerings, let me list them for you:

You can choose to stay in a typical house in a gated community, with a typical pool and house setting or you can choose to stay in this resort oasis. Ask yourself, do you want to be able to smell what you neighbor is having for dinner in a development setting, or do you want to feel you are on your own secluded island resort? The choice is yours!

This home does have some restriction on children. The house is NOT toddler proof, and the grounds are dangerous for toddlers and children that are not good swimmers. There are several ponds a bridge including the massive resort pool. It only takes a split second. If you still book, we will have you sign a waiver.

**P.S. There is a guest house on the back acre and half, very secluded and private and we enter you won't even he is there, as the property is very large and it's tucked away in the back. Fenced in for your total privacy and ours. Still better than a development or condo setting by 100 times. I promise you that you won't even know we exist.

A wonderful two weeks!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The outdoor pool area was absolutely amazing, and the main reason we booked it. The inside has so much potential, but definitely could use some updating. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, Jennifer was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns, and the property feels very secluded even though it’s located on a main road. We were made aware of a few issues before we arrived, which I appreciated so as to not be caught off guard. Thanks Jennifer, for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

Family getaway with the kids

We got there Jan 3rd 2024 and were able to get in the house exactly at 4pm. There is a key box that won’t open until then. We had a rough start to our vacation upon arriving. And I will say Jennifer helped us a lot in figuring out all the things we could not. We could not find any of the remotes to the TV’s or lights to the rooms. So for the first couple of days we couldn’t use the tvs. The tv in in game/pool room does not work. The pool heater was broken but she sent a guy out that night to fix it and it needed replaced so the next afternoon he was there replacing the heater. After that we had no issues with pool. We spent most of our time in the pool. The grill outside is worn and heats unevenly so grilling took a long time. The fire pit does not work. We didn’t really spend time outside of the pool area. We loved the decorative theme through out the house. It felt like we were on a resort. At one point there was a person in the guest house cleaning it out and we had no idea they would be there. It caused some unneeded stress. We really would have liked to know other people were going to be there. Jennifer gave us a discount because of the issues we had. The house is amazing but still needs a lot of love to make it the oasis it could be. Our kids had a wonderful time.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay with this house due to the last-minute cancellation. The cancellation reasons we were given more because someone lived in the home was sick, and the other reason we were given was due to damages from a previous rental. Sadly, we were only notified of the cancellation hours before our schedule check in time rather than 24 to 48 hours in advance, so we were left looking for a place as soon as we landed. We did receive a full refund for our stay, and I would have loved to have stayed and enjoyed the property, but unfortunately we did not stay so I can’t accurately rate the property, only my booking experience.

Pool area made this house!

Spent a week in FL with family. We had 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10 with us. Plenty of space in the house for us to spread out, but we spent most of the time outside in the pool area. Kids enjoyed the water slide. Adults enjoyed being able to sit in the shallow part of the pool in a chair to relax. We could not get the firepit to work which was a bummer. We used the outdoor TV area for kids movie night multiple times. We would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

What a wonderful find. This property is absolutely lovely. We booked this location just for the back yard and it did not disappoint. The house and pool were lovely. We spend every day in the sunshine floating in the pool. Jennifer was available for questions we had controlling some of the things in the house. She was quick to respond and made sure all was good and we were comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

This was an absolutely wonderful place for us to celebrate a college graduation with family! We had plenty of space and had a blast in the outdoor space. It is well stocked with plenty of options for both fun and relaxation. Our only complaint is that time went too fast!!

Truly Wonderul Stay at This Beautiful Property

This was a last minute spontaneous trip to surprise my parents who live in the area. The property owner was very responsive and extremely accommodating . Her property is so beautiful to the point it’s hard to leave to do other things. I had my eye on this home for a potential stay in the summer so it was a real treat to be able to stay for this last minute getaway. We are really hoping to be able to book again soon . Tropical resort

The outdoor spaces were just as they looked in the pictures - perhaps even bigger. We truly felt hidden from the world. It feels like a private resort. Unfortunately we had a stray pit bull show up by the pool one night which definitely hindered our ability to relax outside. We also experienced a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately the air conditioning went out in the Master bedroom and was not able to be fixed for the remaining 3 days of our stay (although the owner was very responsive in getting a company out to the house - they just were not able to get it fixed). The property needs some updating just from age but was very clean.

Very clean and well-stocked with kitchen and other supplies and equipment, amazing outdoor spaces, great location, continuous pool and gardening services, and excellent communication with the owner. We loved the Island like deco. The house has a great vibe and the outside are with the heated pool, grotto, waterfall and slide are just phenominal! There is no need to leave the property, it has everything you need. The grandkids loved it so much, they did not want to leave! They also enjoyed the pool table. Jennifer our host was great! Great property for our family getaway- The pool was great and warm and the weather couldn’t have been better. My family and I enjoyed the property and will be returning. The pool offered a great alternative to the beach (pending the red tide situation). The house was turn key and everything you need is on site.

Overall we all had a fantastic time!!! The outside area is obviously where we spent the majority of our time and while a little outdated, it was still a little slice of paradise. Our family had the best time at this house. We booked because of the pool and it did not disappoint. The water temp was warm like bath water and so easy to just walk right into. The kids really enjoyed the pool table as well. We did have several issues but Jennifer was quick to reply.

Pool was fantastic…

We enjoyed our stay and renewed our wedding vows for our 40th wedding anniversary with our sons and daughters-in-law in the beautiful yard. We hired a private chef and ate poolside to top off the day. Spacious house, but the pool was our favorite! We’ll be back!

Secret oasis for sure!!!!!

Pool area was amazing! Thats what sold us on renting this house. It was truly a secret oasis! The first cabana in pool area was great with having grill and fridge easily accessible for drinks! We didn't use any other outdoor cabana area the entire 2 week stay. We mostly enjoyed the pool are when it wasn't raining. As far as inside, there's a few things I wish the owner would of mentioned before we arrived. There is absolutely no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes by hand! Most all the electrical outlets are not screwed into the walls they ate hanging out wires fully exposed. We could only get 2 bedrooms lights to work with the remotes, very confusing. We like rental houses to be simple! Kitchen was fully stocked pots and pans, utensils, blenders, but we brought our own blender and air fryer. Only 1 burner on the stove seemed to work for us, the left front one. The middle one my husband turned on and after using it left a gas smell so he managed to get it turned off somehow. The front door thumb latch broke on the second day and we had to keep the front door locked and use the back door everyday. Just little things! Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the slide, that was the selling feature! The best part of the pool in my opinion is the shallow wading area where you can put the plastic chairs and the tables in water with umbrellas! Homeowner has done a nice job with improvements since purchasing this property a year ago and being from Chicago like use!!! I think we will rent again, knowing she will get the little annoying items on my list fixed!!
